We provide the space, tables, chairs,

decorative props, lighting, & bathrooms (inside barn) for your special event.

Bring your own food and beverages, or 

select your favorite caterer -  your celebration, your way.

Ceremonies:

Two outside areas to choose from with arbor or gazebo.

Inside area in barn as optional area or back up plan due to weather with church pews and garden arch.

Weddings:

Ceremony & Reception

Day 1:

Access to barn the day prior for your set up and optional rehearsal & gathering 

10am-8pm

Day 2:

The day of for Event with access to barn

10am-10:00pm

​

Day 3:

Access to barn

8am-2pm

for additional pick up/clean up with optional last small gathering for breakfast/brunch.

Our Max Occupancy is 150

The cost to book our wedding package is the same regardless of the number of guests you plan to have.  We do not require a minimum. 
We do however offer a discount if you book with us on-site when viewing, or on-line.  

A security deposit of $500 is required to secure your weekend and price.

 Please Note:  

All access time frames include your set up,  event, & clean up.

Clean up must begin a minimum of one hour before the end of each time frame.

Time frame includes ALL vendors.

Sorry, we do not offer extra hours.
