We offer our Barn Venue for Events up to 175 Guests

From Weddings, Bridal Showers, Baby Showers, Reunions,  Family Retreats & much more, experience the charm & character of our 102 year young authentic barn! ​

 Three Outside Ceremonial Areas on-site to choose from.

Barn is also available for an indoors ceremony (or as a back up plan due to weather.) Set up all how you wish. Tents may also be set up for cocktail hour/bar.

  A short term liability contract is required for all events including Host Liquor Liability.

Extra's:

     Garbage: Renter responsible for garbage removal unless          paying additional fee

                  

     Heating Towers:

       It is Central New York! We have Heating Towers For those "just in case" chilly days and/or evenings. 

 Day of Event with set up and take down included.  (Additional Fee)
