Hayloft Includes.

We provide the space, round tables and chairs for all of your inside use. 

Decorative Lighting and props, nice restrooms inside barn, large built in bar area, & small  kitchen/holding area.

Long tables are provided for your food buffet.

Venue provides set-up and breakdown with round guest tables  and chairs according to final headcount, and garbage removal at end of event.

Outside lawn area for Ceremony  (Barn may also be used as another option or back up plan due to weather.  Designated area with church pews and garden arch are available for inside use.)​

Our hayloft packages are now specifically designed for smaller celebrations without all the chaos of larger traditional weddings that comes with many added  expenses.

FAQ’s:

Can we bring in our own food?

​

Yes, couples may choose to bring in their own food,  or have delivered. 
Gala At Nine Mile does not provide or service any food.

All Caterers on-site must provide us with an up to date license and short term liability certificate naming us as an additional insured.

​

Can we bring in our own alcohol?


Yes,  canned beer/seltzers,  and wine only.

Trained Bartender required.

(Proof of ATAP/TIPS/ServSafe)

Must be 21+ of age

No Cash Bar/No Alcohol Sales

No self-serve

Can we bring in hard liquor or have a cash bar?

​

No,  hard liquor, shots,   or any cash bar are not allowed unless hiring a licensed caterer

with up to date license and short term liability certificate  naming us as an additional insured.​​​​​

​

Are there restrooms in the barn?​

​

Yes, we provide nice restrooms inside both our barn hayloft and a restroom at The Hideaway.

​

Are Ceremonies included in the event timeline and price for the hayloft?

​

Yes, the timeline for a ceremony is included.

 We have a designated area inside barn with church pews and garden arch at no extra cost. 
The only additional cost would be our set up and take down of  wedding chairs for an outside held ceremony. 

​

What requirements do you need in order for us to book our wedding?

​

A Security deposit of $500 is required once a date is confirmed. This guarantees your rental fee price and date. Security deposit is not part of rental fee however is fully returnable within two weeks after your event has been completed.

Security deposits may be made through Venmo.

We do not any accept credit credit cards for any type of payment.

​

A signed contract acknowledging and agreeing to our policies and rules is required.

For any vendors you plan to hire,

we will provide the necessary forms and requirements for you to share with them, along with our policies and rules.

​

A Short term liability certificate/policy is required from all couples. It must include:

Minimum of 1 million liability

Host Liquor Liability

Include Gala At Nine Mile/Gerry Elliott as an additional insured.

(All Caterers/vendors need to provide as well)

All short term liability certificates are not due until one week prior to event)

​

What if we cancel?  Do we get a refund on our security deposit?

​

No, security deposits are not refundable UNLESS we are able to re-book your date of equal value. We will then return your security deposit minus $100 for our time involved.

​

What if you (The Venue) cancels?

​

In the event that we must cancel due to catastrophic weather and/or  damages, all deposits and payments made would be fully refunded.

​

When is our Rental Fee due?

​

Rental fees are not due until (3) Three weeks prior to event paid in full (if paying by check or  Venmo.

If paying by cash, full payment not due until your arrival on your first rental day for set up for your event

​

Can we wait to add on any extra Rentals?

​

Yes,   If available, You can add on any extra Rentals we are currently offering at that time up to one week prior to event giving us enough time to have ready and available.

Extra Rentals must be paid through Venmo or cash.

Prices on extra Rentals and availability subject to change at any given time. (Prices and availability not locked in until confirmed price paid for upfront.)

All packages and  prices are subject to change at any given time unless a security deposit has been received to secure a confirmed date and price.
