Events are held between our operating hours 10am-10pm

  • Nice Restrooms inside Barn (not portable)

  • Decorative Lighting, Decor and Props throughout

  • Small Kitchen Holding Area

  • Back up generator should power go out for event

Included with Ceremony

Outside Ceremonial Area on-site with Gazebo

White padded wedding chairs (set up  & take down included)

Barn is also available for an indoors ceremony (or as a back up plan due to weather)  with church pews & garden arch

Need a Bridal Suite? 

Ask about renting our Lodge On-Site with overnight accommodations up to 8 guests.

Food & Beverages

Renter may bring in own. We do have recommendations for local restaurant/caterers, as well as food trucks who may all set up in our designated parking lot area.

  A short term liability contract is required for all events including Host Liquor Liability.

                  
     Heating Towers:
       It is Central New York! We have Heating Towers For those "just in case" chilly days and/or evenings.
