2026 Package & Rates

Rental fee includes:

Three (3) Day Package with exclusive use of our barn.

Day 1: Access to barn day prior for your set up & optional rehearsal from 10am-6pm

Day 2: Day of with up to 6 hour event with access to barn starting at 10am-10pm

(Event must be completed no later than 9pm)

Day 3: Access to barn for additional pick-up and clean-up starting at 8am-11am

Our max Occupancy for family and friends in the barn hayloft is 150 including  wedding couple.

Also included in three Day rental:

We provide the space, round tables and chairs for all of your inside use. 

Decorative Lighting and props, nice restrooms inside barn, large built in bar area, small private changing room, small kitchen/holding area.

Outside lawn area for Ceremony with gazebo on-site.  (Barn may also be used as another option or back up plan due to weather. Some church pews and garden arch are available for inside use.)​

$3,500

A security deposit of  $500  is required to secure your weekend and rental fee price.  We also require a short term liability certificate (due one week prior to event.)

Nestled beneath the barn hayloft , our newly renovated lower barn-

-The Hideaway--

will offer a cozy setting for intimate gatherings.

With its warm, rustic charm and peaceful outdoor ceremony site, this versatile space is being designed to adapt beautifully to your celebration whether booked as part of a larger hayloft wedding or as a stand alone event, The Hideaway will provide endless possibilities.

As an add-on, it will be perfect for a bridal suite, indoor small cocktail area to go along with outside ceremony, or rehearsal dinner space.

As a stand alone venue, it will be ideal for -Micro-Weddings-

complete with an outdoor ceremony area and a relaxed elegant atmosphere:

For other celebrations, it will be a charming spot for a Sunday bridal shower, baby shower, milestone birthday, cozy family gathering, and our yearly wreath  classes.

No dance floor required -just beautiful surroundings, flexible layouts, and the simple joy of sharing meaningful moments in a space that feels personal and welcoming.
